We had a one on one stage conversation on day 1 of the learning academy and facilitated a policy hackathon on AI in Africa. The latter developed a road map of developing AI policy. This is so because the user-centric model puts data on the user's side, so very little (if any) data transfer is necessary. You can find more ideas about current challenges related to data transfers and the discussion among rockstar panelists M. Corrales Compagnucci, M. Góralczyk, K. Kiviluoto and G.
